As a Director of Education and Corporate Training at Philly Improv Theater, I lead a team of improv instructors and trainers who deliver engaging and interactive programs for diverse audiences, from students to professionals to organizations. With over 20 years of experience in improv, acting, and directing, I have a deep passion and expertise for using the principles and concepts of improvisation to enhance leadership, team building, and customer service skills.I am also a certified business coach and entrepreneur, who has been coaching executives, team leaders, and small business owners since 2013. I help them develop their confidence in high-value conversations, create and lead high-performance teams, and deepen business relationships. I have worked with clients from various industries, such as Sun Oil, University of Pennsylvania, and Performance of a Lifetime. I use improv-based techniques, along with proven results-based coaching methods, to help them adapt quickly to the unexpected, generate new approaches and ideas faster and easier, and influence their clients and team positively. My mission is to show teams how they can get that “it factor,” think fast, overcome obstacles on the fly, and increase innovation, productivity, and efficiency.
