• Cardiac Telemetry• Provide exemplary nursing care and holistically assess patients from head to toe.• Provide patient and family education• Admit residents to floor; full head-to-toe assessment, history, medication reconciliation and inventory.• Administer cardiac drips;including: amiodarone, heparin, cardizem and dobutamine.• Communicate with multi-disciplinary health care team• Administer medications of all routes safely using the 7 check system• Coordinate, implement and evaluate individualized care plans according to facility guidelines and physician orders• Monitor EKG's• Start and manage IV's• Practice according to the standards of care and medical care plan• Serve patients, as well as staff and families with inclusive, compassionate care• Accommodate unique staffing needs with flexibility• Delegate and communicate care to support staff to ensure quality patient care

• Provide exemplary nursing care and holistically assess medical, respiratory, GI disorders, hospice, paraplegic and rehabilitation patients• Provide patient and family education• Admit residents into facility, full head to toe assessment• Communicate with multi-disciplinary health care team• Administer antibiotics and various therapies• Administer medications of all routes safely using the 7 check system• Perform PICC line cares, therapies and removals• Coordinate, implement and evaluate individualized care plans according to facility guidelines and physician orders• Practice according to the standards of care and medical care plan• Serve 10-15 patients, as well as staff and families with inclusive, compassionate care• Accommodate unique staffing needs with flexibility• Delegate and communicate care to support staff to ensure quality patient care
