Leads enterprise wide projects directed by the Commanding Officer and Deputy Commanding Officers that have a significant and direct impact on the Command’s mission and effectiveness. • Spearheaded and implemented 4 enterprise wide projects to date. The most significant project I designed and implemented was a financial system for the Command to use that spanned intaking public funds estimated at $500 million dollars, budget estimation and allocation, funding statuses based on 2 other applications and databases. This project alone made the organization compliant with the FIAR regulations governing auditability, which significantly reduces financial and legal risk to the organization and provides a real time picture of the funds available and executed at any time.

This effort resulted in the Claims Quality and Quality Process Improvement teams not only meeting the Annual Claims Accuracy Goal (99.2%), but exceeding the goal by attaining 99.4% yearly accuracy on all manual claims.
