Hey there! I’m Kelly. I’m a highly motivated individual with 10 years cumulative experience in people management, training/coaching, sales and customer service. In Logistics I've had the opportunity to be a Sales Developer, Mentor, Hunter and Recruiter. In addition I am a Life Coach in Brain health.Throughout my time in freight I’ve had the privilege of growing my own book of business and helping develop different reps across numerous job families. I was apart of a rapidly growing start up brokerage where I recruited 11 employees. I interviewed for all positions across the brokerage organization and passed on hiring recommendations directly to senior leadership. I then developed training and onboarded all job families (Sales, Business Development and Carrier Sales). The sales representatives I brought on — it was my responsibility to help grow them into successful reps. I frequently got involved in their sales cycles and remained a mentor to each rep throughout their development stages.Some of my career calls outs have been cultivating relationships with clients as large as 141.1B and seeing continuous growth within the accounts.I have spearheaded both 3pl and asset trailer utilization and allocation for large strategic accounts. Developing and operating large drop pools.One of my strengths is finding holes in current operations. Developing the internal SOPS and implementing the changes. I strive everyday to be better than I was the day before. This is core to who I am, from a young age I was in competitive sports. I thrive in collaborative team environments that are focused on winning, strong communication channels and development of individuals.My true passion is helping people, in whatever way I can. I thrive at developing relationships and coaching. My goal is to be a resource to help drive growth and achieve goals. Prior to life coaching I coached cheerleading for 12 years.I completed my B.S in Psychology with a focus on IO Psych. I am currently completing a Neuroencoding coaching certification with Joseph McClendon and have completed Brain Health coaching certifications. I am a Licensed Brain Trainer.
