My team helps to connect companies in the beauty, health and fashion industries with data to support smart business decisions regarding market entry strategy, M&A, channel optimization, product development, marketing mix, consumer segmentation and more. To do this, we use a combination of in-house tools such as Passport and Via, and then build off of that foundation of knowledge by tapping into our custom research team which utilizes additional methodologies such as surveys, modelling, web-extraction, expert interviews, etc., to help answer the research question.

• Sent on 1-year secondment to Korea to help Euromonitor set up 14th subsidiary.• Hired and trained local sales and communications team and recruited new leadership to take over once my posting was complete.

• Led a team in charge of identifying and taking advantage of new market opportunities in the corporates space. • Supported clients across an array of industries from CPG/FMCG to durable goods to B2B/tech. We analyzed trends, identified partnership opportunities and onboarded new clients.

• Brought in business with new clients in emerging industries for Euromonitor across 13 APAC countries and clinched some of the highest value partnerships in the Singapore office. • Built strategy for expanding client base specifically in South Korea. Through business trips and online demonstrations, managed to close deals with 11 Korean companies including chaebols who had not conducted business with Euromonitor previously.• Spoke at external conferences, such as Future Bank, to build awareness of industry expertise in local markets.

• Oversaw marketing, sales, web, social media, distribution and content for Campus Magazine. • Ran full sales cycle bringing in approximately 46% of the revenue in 2011 – 2012.

• Covered emerging travel destinations on location in Africa, Asia, Australia and Europe.• Researched, pitched and wrote multi-page editorial features for Sports + Travel magazine.

• Secured internship from leading a team to 4th place out of 50 nationwide campus groups of brand ambassadors. • Assisted in creation of social media and experiential marketing campaigns for Fortune 500 clients.
