She is a graduate of the Tuck School of Business, "Building a Successful Diverse Business" program, holds an MS from LSU Shreveport, and undergraduate and advanced degrees from Simmons University. Kelly is a Certified Nonprofit Professional (CNP), a Swarm Vision Innovation Certified professional, and has earned multiple certifications in DEI, Design Thinking, and VC.With over 20 years of experience in executive management, strategy, and process improvement, Kelly is a respected expert on the future of work, inclusive entrepreneurship, and innovation agility. She is passionate about bringing visibility to the connections between purpose and profit and enabling inclusive leaders to accelerate their biggest opportunities. She supports enterprises in enhancing their inclusion, innovation, and corporate social responsibility programs, and empowers historically underestimated founders to launch and scale impact companies by providing funding and advisory support. She is an Advisory Board Member for several organizations that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in the tech and social sectors.
