With over 20 years of HR business partnering experience, I am passionate about supporting leaders and their teams in achieving their strategic and operational goals. I have a strong background in HR partnering both in house and consulting, i'm 14 years chartered through CIPD and still thoroughly enjoy my work!I love working as an HR Business Partner at Torsion Group, supporting all of our companies from development, to construction and operation of high spec retirement living and care homes and also high rise student/residential accommodation.In my current role, I partner with the senior leadership team and support multi site operational teams. I provide HR guidance and advice on various topics, such as recruitment, performance management, talent development, learning and development, employee engagement and diversity and inclusion.
