I began my career with Tigris Sponsorship & Marketing in 2006 (see below) until I took an opportunity in Cape Town, South Africa, in 2011, to take on a new challenge as a Senior Program Manager for Grassroot Soccer (GRS), an organization advocating for social and economic change and HIV prevention through wellness education. In 2014, I returned to Tigris as a senior member of the team. I was charged with directing tigris’ strategic and operational development, as well as overseeing day-to-day processes and resource alignment as it relates to staff and workload management. Additionally, I was involved in developing strategy, activation concepts and execution plans across tigris’ major clients.Tigris is a sponsorship and marketing agency based in Littleton, Colorado. As an organization, we have earned our sponsorship stripes through years of experience in the field, providing our expertise to clients wherever needed. We negotiate partnerships. While representing our clients, we have also sat across the table from a number of premier brands and organizations, including PepsiCo, Audi, Anheuser-Busch, Coca-Cola, Diageo, Moet-Hennessy, the Olympics, World Cup Soccer, Wimbledon, major college bowl games, NASCAR, and teams from all of the U.S. major professional leagues.

At GRS, I was charged with creating a vision and plan for the execution of community-based intervention across five South African sites and reaching 45,000 youth. I supervised a team of staff and volunteers while managing multiple private public partnerships with funders such as USAID, Nike Inc., Comic Relief, MAC AIDS Fund, etc. I worked closely with community stakeholders including government officials, schools, local leaders and private sector donors to optimize the prevention, treatment and psychological support of HIV. I was also highly involved with GRS’ communications strategy, resource allocation, business development, research assessments, program implementation and developing operational efficiencies.

I started my sponsorship career, post-college, with Tigris Sponsorship and Marketing in 2006 as employee number 2. I was involved in Tigris's growth from the ground up and involved in every facet of the business over the years. From Account Coordinator to Account Manager, I developed and managed strategic client accounts and efforts specializing in business case development, point of view recommendations, opportunity analysis, market research, ROI and project management. Key Accomplishments:Provided operational and sponsorship client management for multiple clients such as KeyBank, Colfax Marathon, Independence Bowl, Denver Public Schools, and Vail Resorts including branding strategies, data driven point of views, market research support and activation fulfillment.Created and managed a multi-million-dollar annual sponsorship budget through monthly, quarterly and annual forecasts and developed an inventory tracking system to manage all sponsorships and funding sources. Executed all aspects of sponsorship strategies for a 24 district-wide (12 States) three-year sponsorship/branding strategy for KeyBank.Provided operational support across Tigris.
