With over 14 years of experience in the banking industry, I have developed a strong expertise in risk management, credit analysis, and compliance for community banks.As the former Director of Risk Administration at Reliabank Dakota, I led the implementation of a comprehensive risk management framework, covering credit, operational, market, and strategic risks. I also supervised the internal audit function and ensured compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements. I collaborated with senior management, board of directors, and external auditors to provide timely and accurate reporting and recommendations.
