As an Activation Specialist, my focus has been on streamlining the onboarding process for new merchants by accelerating the time to value and ensuring high product adoption to foster long-lasting partnerships and contribute to the overall success of all parties. Recently, I have dedicated my time to creating a customer life cycle and communication process for the Customer Success Team to ensure they are able to easily and effectively maintain client relationships and monitor ideal KPIs.
