Kelly is driven by innovation and the entrepreneurial spirit. She has been a leader within one of the world's most valuable startups, collaborated with CEOs and CTOs, and coached entrepreneurs who have appeared on ABC’s Shark Tank and the Forbes 30 Under 30 list. Currently, Kelly is the Program Director for NATO DIANA at MassChallenge, where she leads initiatives to accelerate cutting-edge startups in the dual use space.Previously, Kelly was the Assistant Director of the MIT Regional Entrepreneurship Acceleration Program (MIT REAP) within the Sloan School of Management. She developed programming and content with world-renowned faculty to thoughtfully engage with hundreds of world leaders to scale their innovation-driven entrepreneurial ecosystems.In 2021, Kelly appeared on Good Morning America (GMA) in a segment that featured Ladies Get Paid. In 2018, she received the Rising Star Alumna award from Ursinus College, and participated in the Ernst & Young (EY) Women Athletes Business Network Mentoring Program. She was also recognized by the Sports and Fitness Industry Association (SFIA) as a Future Leader in 2016. She has a background and expertise in sports and wellness, having built an open innovation platform Idea House, and strategically scaled the national startup competition of the Founder of Under Armour. For espnW's 8th annual summit for Women + Sports Executive Office Hours, she was asked to hold office hours for select participants. As an experienced public speaker, Kelly has moderated panels, judged startup competitions, and been quoted by publications such as SportTechie and AudiPro. She has been a content creator for Career Contessa and Paul Rabil, the world's most recognized lacrosse player and co-founder of the PLL.As an NCAA National Champion field hockey player and a passionate life-long learner, Kelly has earned two Master's degrees while working full-time. Her superpower is adaptability, confidently navigating ambiguity—a skill she attributes to growing up in a career military family.
