- Assisting in procuring Sponsorship and Exhibitors for the 28th annual Wellness Show, at the Vancouver Convention Centre (Show Sponsors, Prize Sponsors, Stage Sponsors, etc.). - Providing copy and content for Marketing materials (online, print brochures)- Managing new features for show (including an interactive garden for kids)- Responsible for booking, and Managing over 50 Celebrity Speakers for the five various stages onsite

Assisted with finalizing items (vendor procurement for opening event, design floor plan for lounge event, etc.) leading up to three day conference. Offered onsite assistance to ensure smooth three day conference for 300 attendees.

Worked in a team environment to manage a large scale destination event, for a multi-day conference. I also coordinated with various offsite venues to orchestrate lunch for over 400 guests in a timely manner. During the evenings, I managed multiple evening networking events at various venues within the area.
