I make growth happen.Curious how?I am highly trained in having a growth mindset conversations with myself and clients. I discuss what difficulties may arise and develop a plan to work through them. I discuss what the end goal in mind is and create a backwards plan of steps to achieve that goal. My clients and I develop a relationship based of trust, respect, and a high level of achievable expectations.I create meaningful connections. I learn about my clients. I understand what they need to be successful and what tools, tips, and strategies I can provide them to ensure they achieve their optimum success. I present materials in different modalities. I create content that is engaging, interactive, and user friendly through the means of face to face, hybrid, and remote instruction.I frequently assess and reflect upon strategies used to determine if growth and mastery has been made. I analyze data to look for patterns or holes in my clients learning. I use this data to inform further presentations and instruction.
