I am a therapist (LMFT), a meditation and yoga instructor, and the founder of DharmaBridge, a group coaching program for individuals interested in self-development and liberation through the understandings and practices of neuroscience, expressive arts, and the wisdom traditions of the Dharma.As a clinician, I help groups, individuals, families, and companies to apply principles of psychology/mind-training/mindfulness so that they can experience a new experience of freedom and commitment to action. I believe that the innermost work is more grounded when supported by a vision for social change; relationships, health, vision, and success are transformed through vision for the wider latticework of humanity and culture.
