Worked with faculty to resolve any lesson reporting discrepancies. • Primary administrative liaison for the following special programs: o International Piano Competition o Face the Music o Instrument lesson program at Frank Sinatra School of the Arts •Coordinated afterschool private lessons at Frank Sinatra School of the Arts. Administered all aspects of program - Handled all communication, billing & payment, coordinated all of the lesson and room scheduling, and aided in communication between faculty and parents. o Kaufman Music Center’s Summer String Festival • Collected and assembled materials to send to music schools for the recruitment of potential participants. Managed all scheduling for participant auditions. Prepared and maintained all scores and music parts for festival participants, coaches and conductors.
• Coordinates and monitors all scheduling for the entire facility on a daily and seasonal basis. • Works with team training coordinator to ensure that all paperwork for scheduled team training sessions is completed prior to the start of the team's training session. This includes, but is not limited to, contacting coaches for the team's roster, creating and submitting invoices to the coaches, inputting all athlete registration materials, and collecting all payments. • Serves as primary point of contact for athletes, parents and coaches.• Monitors all Accounts Receivable activity o Receives all payments and resolves all billing discrepancies o Completes all Accounts Receivable follow-up, including preparing mailed invoices and completing phone calls regarding past due balances. • Handles computer maintenance and training o Maintains office network, ensuring that the data backup and protections are always online, and performs software updates and equipment repair as needed; trains other staff members on how to use office equipment and software. o Updates company website, Twitter and Facebook accounts on a near daily basiso Creates posters, flyers and other promotional materials
