Analytical Resources, Incorporated- Client Services Manager-Ms. Bottem reviews project work plans and site specific QAPPs, provides quotes and responds to RFP and Bid requests. It is her responsibility to monitor client projects from sample receipt to final package submission to the client, and to monitor the performance of staff in the Client Services Division. She is responsible for reviewing analytical instructions for correctness and completeness before they are submitted to the laboratories, and for generating special instructions to the laboratories for client requested deviations or variances from the methods. It is her responsibility to notify clients of potentially late projects, based on lab status reports and overall laboratory workload. Ms. Bottem is also responsible for a final data review of results for compliance with QAPP requirements, to request the correct electronic deliverable format, and to assure data are archived appropriately for the project.

Job responsibilites included supervision of the inorganic chemistries department and supervision of most inorganic analyses including metals, mercury, phosphorus, total kjeldahl nitrogen, ammonia, nitrate/nitrite, MBAS, grain size analysis, setteable solids, phenol and others. Also responsible for the analysis of water and soil samples for anions and perchlorate using Ion Chromatography. Previous job responsibilities at other positions included project management and administrative assistant duties.

Responsible for all billing (AP and AR )and sample processing and managment, lab packing and shipment of hazardous waste samples. Acquired knowledge of D.O.T> regulations and chemical properties of wastes.
