Hired as a Contract Administrator to run a new development project in North Carolina. Developed a construction system and ran the day to day of the entire project. Project was on budget and closed with no liens. Responsibilities quickly grew to encompass insurance renovations, capital expenditure projects, unit renovations, General Contractor license renewals/applications, and all other construction office management.Work daily with Subcontractors and other vendors to process payments, set up accounts, negotiate price, and communicate in order to complete all construction projects including CapEX Projects, Unit Renovations, Insurance Projects and New Development. Work very closely with the VP of Construction, Superintendents and Regional Service Managers on all projects. Built budgets, did budget adjustments, submit draws (to Owners and Lenders), and processed entire project while saving money where possible. Process and renew General Contractor licenses in 9+ states.

Process monthly draws. Prepare contracts. Communicate with Sub-Contractors to regulate payment on current projects.

Process payments. Process insurance. Attend to patients for all payment needs, and provide a relaxed experience.

Created an atmosphere that customers could feel welcomed to, as well as handling problem situations in a way that would provide a satisfied guest. Planned accordingly.
