Envisioned at the 2022 World Economic Forum, TechAid enables beneficiaries to indicate what they need, and suppliers to indicate what they have, within the context of proximity via a mobile phone and basic connectivity. The interface facilitates frictionless matching of supply and demand, driving improvement across three dimensions: 1. Waste reduction. A reliable demand signal reduces the likelihood of over- or under-supply of goods, and enables optimization of procurement and delivery from local providers, reducing dependency on foreign aid and fostering economic resilience. 2. Transparency. End to end verification, from need identification to delivery, provides visibility into operational efficiency, enabling benchmarking and improvement. 3. Productivity: Automation of manual tasks, such as aggregation of demand and location data, frees up time for value-added work, improving resource allocation and return on investment.

Support the efforts and causes of select global organizations that address social injustice, poverty, and human rights.Up and Up Projects provide travel and volunteer services to engage underserved communities internationally, and to do so in a way that equally benefit the target communities and group participants. While a non-profit group such as Habitat for Humanity provides a great example of the volunteering and philanthropic goals of our group, we also intend to provide a unique product (a service) to the participants that is a benefit to individuals and teams in a professional arena. We have experienced team building and leadership development benefits ourselves in executing projects of this type through the years, and we believe in sharing that benefit with our corporate partners.

Plan, manage, and lead 10-17 day projects in developing countries for Habitat for Humanity’s Global Village program.Recruit and prepare teams of 15-27 participants from around the world. Work with HFHI and HFH affiliate staff to organize 1-4 projects in target country. Consistently ranked in the top five team leaders for team fundraising contributions. Recruited to develop a 3 year global engagement strategic plan to increase community awareness, involvement and financial support for HFHI's high need countries. This scalable board approved 3-year Global Engagement strategic plan promised to increase community engagement by 250% and financial support by >3 million dollars annually per US affiliate in larger metropolitan areas.Created an organization-wide communications strategy, narrative and supporting assets to intimately engage current donors and reach new donor communities. The new model would result in a larger and broader, deeply empowered donor community of highly active and informed advocates and volunteers ensuring consistent and increased giving, sustainable volunteer and donor base growth, and measurable program impact.
