Having started my career in recruitment on a busy construction desk I soon realised I have a passion for this sector. Whilst working for BT for the last 4 years , I came fourth sales person in the whole country and finished fifth in last quarter’s league out of thousands of other employees. I thoroughly enjoy working in a sales driven environment. Working within the retentions team at BT was not only upselling but preventing those customers who were thinking of leaving doing so, and ensuring that the customers who had already placed orders to leave BT and go elsewhere changed their minds and recontracted on better plans with myself.Working towards KPI's was somthing I thoroughly enjoyed and found very achievable in my time at BT.
