With a Master of Science in Nursing and a Certified Professional Coder credential, I am a passionate and experienced Case Management Nurse, a leading provider of home health and hospice care. For the past nine months, I have been working with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality and compassionate care to patients and their families, while ensuring compliance with coding and documentation standards. I have also been involved in several projects to improve the efficiency and accuracy of the coding and billing process, such as implementing a new software system and conducting audits and reviews. My goal is to leverage my 20+ years of nursing experience, including in intensive care, critical care, acute care, hospice, and home health, and my newly acquired coding skills to advance my career in medical auditing.
