Kelly Carter has held several leadership positions in the Technology Channel, having served as VP of Credit and Financial Solutions for Ingram Micro North America and Chief Financial Officer of Ingram Micro Canada prior to her current role as Chief Strategy Officer with Fulcrum IT Partners. In her role leading the credit and financial solutions organization at Ingram Micro, Kelly and her team created industry leading financial solutions for the channel. Under her leadership, ChannelPro SMB Readers in the U.S. awarded Ingram Micro the top honors for “Best Financial Solutions” every year from 2011-2019. As CFO of Ingram Micro Canada, Kelly worked with the Ingram Micro Canada Leadership Team and Partners to invest in and build out a world class Advanced Solutions business. Kelly brings a collaborative and growth mindset to her leadership roles and is excited to be working with the founders of Fulcrum ITP Partners to bring innovative solutions to the technology channel. Kelly was named to CRN's Women of the Channel list 2017-2022, and in 2018 she was also named to CRN's elite "Power 100" list of female executives who have significant influence in the channel.Kelly has a B.A. in Accounting from Michigan State University and held previous financial management positions with the The Price Company (Price Club) in San Diego, CA, pioneer of the warehouse club concept and since merged with Costco. She is a graduate of Ingram Micro’s General Manager Development program and Stanford Executive Education program.Kelly is an active leader in CSR , DE&I and mentoring initiatives. Under her leadership, the Ingram Micro Buffalo Campus set new records in charitable fund raising, developed an associate volunteer program and established a Women’s Forum and mentoring initiative. Kelly continues to support and provide leadership for these initiatives in partnership with various organizations.
