Kairos Society is a non-profit organization of undergraduate entrepreneurs from top universities in over 50 countries. Our goal is to empower students to start ventures that can “push the world forward.”Joined Kairos as its second full-time employee, which gave me the opportunity to build the organization from its foundation while fostering a community of fellows, student entrepreneurs, alumni and mentorsDevelop the strategic direction for the organization while cultivating partnerships with Fortune 500 companies such as Johnson & Johnson, General Electric and AutodeskOversaw the development of Kairos’ website/community platform, online application, and backend data collection systems to aid in my communications with, and management of, the organization’s 1,000+ membersPlanned, coordinated, and organized the Kairos Society Global Summit 2013, a three-day gathering of 350 college students, 200 elite business leaders, and 100 industry specialists who came together from 30 countries to explore business opportunities in healthcare, 3D printing, and education

Surveyed more than 1,200 young adults in Shanghai and Beijing, analyzed the data gathered, reported on brand and lifestyle preferences, and made recommendations for best practices in marketing and branding in China to help U.S. companies such as Disney, Adidas, Burger King and Oakley penetrate that market.

Assembled and analyzed data on intergenerational preferences then presented the results as a keynote speaker to businesses and professionals at the annual Professional Beauty Association Symposium.
