As a copywriter on the L&R account for one of the largest consumer electronic brands in the world (Samsung), I focused primarily on video scripts, sizzles, and campaigns. I was also responsible for brainstorming and writing content for a variety of platforms, including samsung.com, various retailers like Best Buy and AT&T, app UX and emails.

Client: SamsungDuring my time as a social media associate for Samsung, my finger was on the pulse of Samsung's digital audience. The role of the social team spreads across L&R initiatives, experience, and digital support & collaborated with multiple departments including creative, UX and account. My role involved implementing social strategy & social CRM campaigns, concepting and writing social media opportunity briefs, and spearheading social trend research while working alongside analytics, strategy and content management. I also monitored and moderated client social channels, implementing social listening and deliverables were integral to the internal team as well as the client. Further, I curated content and wrote hundreds of pieces of social share copy for a large L&R platform initiative. Lastly, I performed a variety of other digital copywriting and copyediting tasks while collaborating on the development of the social brand voice.
