This role is project management focused -- from pre-show planning, execution, and post-show analysis. It includes formulating individual show strategies, preparing a project plan and organizing schedules, logistics and milestones for each trade show and executing deliverables in a timely manner and coordinating with all stakeholders to ensure all required tasks are completed on time and in most cost-effective ways. Also, this role includes maintaining promotional items inventory and distribute items for internal and external events as required.Marketing Communications: Collaborate with internal stakeholders and teams to support comprehensive strategies that ensure maximum visibility for Mircom Group. Develop marketing strategies that include thank you emails, email blasts, event web pages, & feedback surveys. Advertising Management: Identify, qualify & negotiate advertising & sponsorship opportunities and serves as the main source of contact for all magazine advertising vendors and associations. E-newsletter editor: Compile news and updates from the head office and its 25 branches to distribute to over 500 staff on a monthly basis.Promotional Items and Vendors Management: Build strong relationships with vendors to fulfill promotional item requests and seek new opportunities to promote the company in the most cost-effective way possible.Internal Communication: Edit PowerPoint Presentations and documents to ensure a consistent brand is reflected in all Presentations in high-profile corporate meetings. Graphic Design and In-House Photo-shoots: Create visual branding for internal corporate events and initiatives while collaborating with senior graphic designer.
