- Screen resumes, assess and short-list candidates, conduct interviews, create and implement ‘new hire’ onboarding process, and facilitate orientations.- Conduct biannual employee evaluations to give and receive feedback, improving performance by maximizing staff potential and increasing employee job satisfaction. - Spearhead numerous ad hoc projects such as leadership succession planning, leading to a more effective organizational structure, and online training resources to support training process. - Execute strategic HR initiatives, taking a result-driven approach to target team communication, establishment of increased performance expectations, and sparking motivation in employees to strive for realization of Paragon's mission and values.
