Leadership role in the development of the Global Corporate Controllers Organization (GCCO) Web Strategy, Project Templates, Prioritization process and the next phase of the Alliance and SRT reporting. Created and socialized the plan, incorporated feedback and presented a complete process which the team leveraged to assess and manage new projects.Developed a foundation for the growth and ability to scale to support the growing number of projects whilst retaining quality and customer satisfaction. New website creations, site re-designs and integration of new user interface components and collaboration elements.

Responsible for managing Employee Services relating to Mobile Phones, Home Broadband, Company Cars, Fuel Cards and general onboarding process. Assisted in the Management of Services and Contracts with third party providers and was point of contact for all Employees to manage technical issues or customer complaints.Identified an opportunity for process improvement, transitioning from a manual support process to online services. Attended Web Development Training and created a new site to support Employee Services in the UK. Successful implementation enabled me to obtain Management buy-in to expanded web presence from UK to support larger Northern European region then focused on continuing to maintain a truly international perspective and established all GSD international sites up and running in a very aggressive time frame.Successfully established and managed a content management team of 8, by identifying key employees in each region to support the continued evolution of the Organization. Responsible for creating training and technical support documentation for content management team.
