Develop graphics solutions for government-wide contracts, working directly with clients to provide effective communication materials from branding to technical documents• Create wire frames, mock ups, and workflows for websites, mobile, and applications• Design branding from the ground up; logo creation and graphic collateral • Take complex information and communicate into straightforward infographics• Design user interfaces with best practices• Develop custom templates for communications, presentations, and events• Facilitate training sessions for users and test in development programs • Implement brand standards across technical environments• Manage team members priorities related to clients’ needs• Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders• Expert knowledge of responsive web design standards• Develop and document system requirements for system modernization• Lead coordination of integration efforts with states, including: user access, permissions, and testing; regularly interface with states to identify, track, and resolve user issues• Creating designs for cross-channel projects like web pages, share graphics, and other digital resources, in collaborating with other designers on various projects across the team • Ensure all material for public consumption is 508 compliant• Manage project schedules, team member priorities, and delegate tasks
