While successfully navigating a two and a half year career excelling as a sales Specialist for one of the world’s most well-respected brands, I developed a sincere interested in understanding brand strategy as it relates to recruiting, talent development and employee retention. I was consistently ranked as a top performer in sales during my first year of employment.Also within my first year I took on a training position and was a leader on the mentor team. I was ultimately responsible for instilling the Apple brand promise in my trainees while also effectively educating others about technical specifications of the products. I facilitated New Hire Training for the Washington Market for as many as 30 people which allowed me to become more skilled and comfortable with public speaking.For eight months I had the opportunity to help on the sales floor in a role where I supported the management team with customer service issues and employee breaks. The trust the management team had in me also led me to administrative duties such as time and attendance updates, payroll, creating workshop calendars, and contacting potential new hires for interviews.
