As a member of a consulting practice, have been assigned as lead business consultant and project manger on large corporate implementations for both learning and performance management engagements. Implementations include: Union Bank of California, (10,000 users), ITT Education Services Inc. (10,000 users), Allina Health Systems (6,000 users), RehabCare Group (9,000 users), United Surgical Partners International (5,000 users), and ADP Time and Labor Management Division (300 users internal learners and 15,000+ external learners). Responsible for working closely with customer project manager, business owners and their extended teams of up to 20 people to define and document business requirements to ensure success of the project.

Responsible for selecting and implementing technical infrastructure to support blended learning domestically by replacing 50+ training sites and 400+ dedicated instructors.
