I am an experienced REALTOR® with HomeServices of America’s Houlihan Lawrence brokerage in New York and Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Robert Paul Properties in Massachusetts. A graduate of Colby College with a BA in Economics, I began my career with Coopers & Lybrand in New York as a CPA and earned an MBA from New York University while working full-time. I am a Sellers Representative Specialist (SRS) designee and certified as a Resort & Second Home Property Specialist by the National Association of Realtors®.Working at the highest levels of major corporations in my previous career provided me with the sales, negotiation, and financial skills I use to guide clients through their journey of buying or selling a home. Having performed significant renovations on properties in both MA and NY, I have a unique ability to see the potential in homes. My extensive experience working with architects, contractors, subcontractors, and structural engineers can be invaluable to buyers during their property search, and to sellers preparing to market their home. My ability to help clients execute their vision for a home differentiates me, and I pride myself on focusing on attention to detail to provide the highest level of service for my clients.
