Kelly Cromer, PharmD, RPh, CPBS, has over two decades of experience in the healthcare industry and joined PCA Rx in 2023 as the Vice President of Clinical and Operations. Dr. Cromer works on a variety of projects, with an emphasis on improving operational efficiency, strategic planning, and clinical analytics. Before joining PCA Rx, she held executive leadership roles in clinical operations at PharmPix, leading formulary, coverage determinations, drug information, and clinical program sectors. Previously, Dr. Cromer assisted CMS in administering the Part D prescription drug benefit program. As a cum laude graduate, she earned a Doctorate of Pharmacy and Rho Chi honor society distinction from Southwestern Oklahoma State University.
