Hi, I'm Kelly -- a New York-based Licensed Mental Health Counselor. I specialize in helping adults and older adolescents navigate difficult life transitions, process stress, and find balance from overwhelm. I also support clients experiencing creative blocks, burnout, and stalled motivation. As an individual and group counselor I have worked independently in private practice, as well as for colleges, universities, and community organizations. I'm skilled in empathic problem-solving, promoting equal access, fostering belonging, creative collaboration, program development, and team-building both on-site and remotely. I strongly believe that with the right support, we all have a resilience we can access when faced with life's great challenges.
