Het grootste gedeelte van de werkzaamheden bestaat uit het plannen van de artsen voor diverse zorginstellingen via ons eigen roostersysteem "Roosterhulp". Daarnaast ben ik o.a. verantwoordelijk voor het maken, verzetten en verschuiven van planningen. Mocht er een arts ziek worden of toch de dienst niet kunnen doen, is het ook mijn taak om vervanging te zoeken. Dit gebeurt veelal telefonisch/ via de app/ via de mail. Ik zorg voor een optimale planning. Tevens doe je alle administratieve werkzaamheden zoals het maken van contracten, maar zit relatiebeheer ook in de functie. Alle artsen werken als ZZP'er.

I am responsible for keeping the office runnnig smoothly and overseeing administrative support.Besides that i am doing some marketing activities, helping the Sales Manager with the adminstration and is networking/relationship management part of the job.Also, i am a planner. I”l take care of the schedule of all the assignments for the doctors and the clients. So they know exactly when they working and at what time. The days need to be filled!

Collections administration relating to debt, like reading files, completing documents, contact with external organisations and bailiffs, sending balance statements to creditbanks, sending WSNP/Bankruptcy balance statements, checking payments, data entry, mailprocessing and doing tasks on request. Dichtbijdeals is a digital coupon app. I did all administration work like processing orders, adding company's in the system, thinking about discounts and adding them also in the system, custumerservice, maintain social meda, marketing and thinking of good idea's for the company.

Accepting Creditcards on the basis of income and expense data.
