CIndy Bags started at the foot of a neighbor's drive. Dedicated to self expression and the advancement of women. All our products were handmade by women who take pride in their craft. Each and every bag was as unique as the woman who designed it. We created a new business venture which emphasized expressive collaboration and high level service. I recruited over 30 independent consultants, all of whom invested in the company and developed individual markets. I networked with local business owners to grow this fledgling company and developed business processes, sales materials and reward system. A web site was created to support sales staff. The site was constructed to function as a design tool, resulting in the 24 hour employee, embodying the brand and voice of the company.

Created new business opportunities for all divisions of the company by establishing and building relationships within the community. Investigated companies needs by having connections at all levels of management. Served as contractor for outside services and as a consultant for other organizations.
