As Vice President of Raving Fan Management at Astonish Results (name Inc Magazine's 267th fastest growing company in America), I am responsible for overall client satisfaction and client adoption of our sales and digital marketing system for local insurance agents. Now, you may have never heard of a Raving Fan Manager so I am sure you have some questions. The role was modeled after the Ken Blanchard book "Raving Fans" where Ken discusses the power of true customer satisfaction. Currently, I lead a team of 18 Raving Fan Managers each managing 25-30 customers. I joined Astonish Results a little over three years ago when the company made the transition from working in the mortgage industry to specializing only in local insurance agents. At the time I was tasked with creating the role of the Raving Fan Manager from the ground up. In 2008 I was a department of 1 and today manage 18 employees. The Raving Fan Manager manages our client's websites, search engine marketing, social media, search engine optimization, email marketing, crm tool usage, sales management improvement and traditional marketing plans. Going from a 13 person technology and digital marketing start-up to a 100 person high growth company with a private equity investor I have experience in managing teams for scalability.On a personal note, I am happily married with an adorable dog. While I currently live in East Greenwich, RI I have lived across New England. Via my travels with work I have had the privilege to see America one business trip at a time!
