We serve our users'​ ads across hundreds of ad networks and straight into places like CNN.com, NYT, Pandora,or anywhere else our users'​ target audience is online. As co-founder and COO, I provide the management, vision, and leadership necessary to ensure that we have the proper operational and communicative procedures in place to give our users a world-class experience. I spearhead our ad operations team and ensure that the company has efficient administrative procedures and people systems in place to effectively grow the organization and ensure operating efficiency. I also enjoy serving as our predominant legal liaison. We're currently in Boulder, working to break down barriers for millions of small businesses around the world, one day at a time. Headquartered in Gland, Switzerland, IUCN is an international organization working in the field of nature conservation and sustainable use of natural resources. At the organization's Bonn office, I worked to market ECOLEX, an internet-based legal research database, to over 200 universities and publishers in the United States, Europe, and Asia. In addition, I translated German-English case studies, and assisted legal officers with various projects.

I was one of 75 young professionals in the US awarded a fellowship by Congress to serve as an ambassador in Germany. The fellowship consisted of German law (Rechtswissenschaft/Jurisprudenz) courses at the University of Cologne, along with a job at IUCN. I engaged in volunteer and political work throughout the year in the communities where I lived. The program was sponsored by the United States Congress and the German government (der Deutsche Bundestag).

SandDollarDeals.com was an online retail site with over 50,000 outdoor and sports related product listings. After launching the online business with my high-school graduation money, I managed affiliate contracts with my partner companies, planned and implemented all marketing and SEO functions for the business, and edited and further developed the site.

ChangeJars.com allows consumers to shop at name brand retailers while ensuring a percentage of anything they buy online is directed back to a non-profit organization of their choice.Along with my two co-founders, I developed and implemented the business plan during my senior year of college. We secured contracts with 24 major retailers (Amazon, Target, Best Buy, Barnes and Noble, etc.) and managed partnerships with 10 local and national non-profit organizations. I was the grand prize winner of the Luther College Erdman Entrepreneurship Prize for the endeavor.
