Account Executive
My role at Zambuni required me to manage and develop targeted PR and marketing strategies across a number of clients in the countryside pursuits, luxury lifestyle + hospitality sectors, as well as supporting on wider growth activity for the business. This included, but was not limited to, running events, secondary press office and new business development. Following 16 months at Marlin PR I was promoted to SAE level, whereby I built on my previous responsibilities, whilst also taking on more accountability and management in the overall running of my accounts and delivery on targets. This included: Client management, and becoming the main point of contact for day-to-day correspondence Leadership on specific projects such as, product review programmes and press trips both in the UK and internationally.Hosting 1:1 media interviews for radio and written interviews, complete with full pre-briefing ahead of time. Writing content for my clients in a wide range of styles - from press releases, blog posts, detailed reports and award entries, I became a go-to, trusted content creator.Able to make sound recommendations for PR strategies, and see through from conception to delivery.Event coordination, from consumer product showcases to scheduling stand tours at trade shows, I can take a brief on who the client wants to reach, and target press and influencers who will provide the correct channels to achieve this. Assisting in the management of more junior team members, ensuring that all briefs were clearly communicated and workloads were planned & managed favourably.This allowed me to become comfortable and confident with brand communications across B2B and B2C clients in the digital lifestyle arena. In addition to this, I was very invested in wider agency initiatives, including managing corporate volunteering programme at a homeless shelter local to out offices in Victoria, interviewing, coordinating and mentoring the annual intake of summer interns and spearheading a healthier office plan.
