• Founded KeyMaster Electronics with a vision to develop educational products that enhance student learning• Work with product developers to design and manufacture the Learning Lights Keyboard, a new method for teaching keyboarding education• Promote the importance of keyboarding skills that build confidence and enthusiasm in students’ ability to navigate in today’s digital world• Organize a team of business professionals to establish an online presence through sales channels, social media platforms, and digital support materials• Direct product launch and intro to market efforts for Learning Lights Keyboard and other related products

• Support and promote Career & Tech Ed (CTE) programs for 32 Business, Marketing and IT teachers throughout Nebo school district• Encourage college and career awareness to student body of 1,400 through CTE programs, internships, and career pathways• Provide real-world workplace experiences to 50 high school students each year by establishing student internship placement for local businesses in exploratory career pathways • Monitor student involvement at internship sites and instruct students on workplace etiquette, workplace safety, teamwork, conflict resolution, networking and job seeking skills• Counsel students on post-high school college and career planning, job placement, and scholarship applications• Oversee professional learning community efforts for Nebo district Business/Marketing/IT teachers, encouraging the development of curricular collaboration and best practices in teaching• Facilitate Concurrent Enrollment program through Utah Valley University by assisting over 800 students and 15 faculty members in the admissions and registration process• Allocate annual budgets and approve purchase requests for CTE teacher supplies and equipment

• Administer payroll, receive and record accounts payable• Manage financial records of business using financial software• Communicate with and assist accountants in record management and tax preparation• Facilitate annual audits of company records and insurance liabilities • Maintain office environment, equipment, and supplies • Develop and maintain company websites, social media, and other marketing needs

• Teach Digital Business Apps, Financial Literacy, Webpage Design, and Computer Technology classes• Promote student development of business and computer skills including web design, marketing, finance, digital media, and advanced software skills• Introduce career planning and related activities to encourage interest in a variety of career pathways• Plan and carry out teaching activities in correspondence with Utah state curriculum• Work with UVU concurrent enrollment students seeking college credit
