Provide leadership for the Inception Health Investment Fund. As the venture capital arm of the F&MCW health network, the Inception Health Investment Fund makes strategic investments in early-stage digital health companies that help us solve the real problems facing the F&MCW health network. We are dually focused on investing in companies that impact the existing business as well as the companies that create new health care markets. In addition to financial investment in our portfolio companies we strategically partner to guide these companies as potential customers for the F&MCW health network and to provide important insights on product and business model development. Investments are made in companies that see the value in collaborating with the F&MCW health network clinicians and other professionals within the organization.

Provide strategic and operational leadership to accelerate the use of digital technology to improve individual health status. Responsible for managing a portfolio of digital health tools from solution identification through contracting, implementation, workflow development, analytics and ongoing management. Leverage an "outside-in" mindset and an agile approach to rapidly test and scale these digital health solutions.

- Developed and presented business case to attain $14 million in new product development funding for next generation Cloud Imaging product, with $250 million projected annual revenue by 2018- Directed financial analysis for Global Radiology IT product line ($527 million in revenue, $150 million in operating profit), leading to improved operating margin of 302 basis points versus prior year performance- Analyzed $25 million base cost portfolio and led cross-functional reviews, leading to 3% cost savings- Collaborated with 200-person engineering and product management teams to determine, pitch, and secure funding for Radiology IT new product development and existing product maintenance and support

- Led financial analysis for Global Cardiology IT product line, exceeding target operating profit of $22 million - Managed cross-business financial transactions and budgeting allocations for the Digital Pathology business segment, a Joint Venture between GE and University of Pittsburgh Medical Center

- Managed $800+ million annual base cost budget for global Legal, HR, IT, Finance & Marketing departments. Implemented tight cost controls to deliver cost savings of $5 million under budget- Developed and introduced a new analytical model to manage $2.5 billion portfolio of other variable costs, which was adopted by all region and product teams across the GE Healthcare Systems organization- Directed interns to deliver a financial reporting package for all Healthcare Systems CEOs & CFOs
