As an associate on the commercial litigation team, my work focused on matters related to commercial defense, including warranty, products liability, intellectual property, dealership and energy. Specifically, I represented a large multinational building products manufacturer in a class action suit, and litigated numerous related individual actions. I advised clients in the energy sector, including a large Wisconsin utility and a Canadian transporter of crude oil. I also successfully litigated a wide variety of legal matters for Wisconsin businesses of all sizes in both state and federal courts.
