Sponsorship value is $100,000++• Secured a $6,500 donation from Dell, to sponsor the GSU National Society of BlackEngineers and the Society for Women in Engineering clubs. 2022• Awarded a $15,000 Technology Grant from RSM, 2022. Funds will be used to purchase/lease the Iris Headshot Photo Booth.• Advanced a partnership with Deloitte, that resulted in hiring 18 students &graduates for internships & full-time roles, the 2nd highest number of HBCU hires for the firm2021 & 2022.• Secured $10,000 in scholarships from RSM, (2021 & 2022).• Developed a partnership with Accenture that raised more than $7,000 to provide new professional clothing to 140+ GSU students for the JC Penny Suit Up Spring and Fall events in 2022.• Campus Liaison, IBM Academic Initiative Program & Skills Academy for HBCU students, designed to create a foundation of diverse and high demand workplace skill sets. Managed the MOU, coordinate with IBM to implement the $6 million in kind give that includes, IBM guest lectures, graduate fellowships, curriculum content, digital certificates, software and faculty training.

Responsible for leading employability and engagement strategies, operations, and initiatives for approximately 5,600 ADU students and 13,000 alumni while establishing and maintaining strong relationships/partnerships with employers.Responsibilities• Establish the strategic direction, communication and operational effectiveness of the staff within the Employability and Alumni Relations Office• Assess, lead, and manage the internship program, alumni and postgraduate student relations, Student Employment Program (SEP), employer connections, career guidance, and career placement services• Develop, plan and execute programs and initiatives designed to increase and enhance student and alumni employability

Selected to present at the NASPA-ACPA Gulf Region Conference 2013 on: “Challenges and Successes in Recruiting Emirati Students for a Federal College in the United Arab Emirates.”

Responsible for advising, managing, leadership development and writing policies and procedures for over 80 student organizations per year including: Student Government Association, Miss Maroon and White Court, Maroon Tiger Student Newspaper. Responsibilities included managing financial budgets for the Office of Campus Life and the student organizations listed above, budget amounts exceeded $200,000. Served as chairperson for Family Weekend and Homecoming campus events. Invited to participate in Morehouse Leadership: A Management Development Program 2001-2002.

Women’s Health Services, Division of Public Health, Georgia Department of Human Resources. Responsible for statewide program development, implementation and contract management of twenty-two sexual assault center VAWA federal contracts, four public health grant in aid programs with a combined budget in excess of $2,000,000. Served as the State expert on Violence Against Women issues, invited to present numerous trainings and presentations statewide and nationally on Violence Against Women and related topics. Organized and facilitated Conquering Intimate Partner Violence Summit: Building Coalitions in Georgia, a conference held November, 2000 with funding received from the Preventive Health and Health Services Block Grant on Intimate Partner Violence VAWA. Managed and provided technical assistance for the Request for Proposal grant application process, selected agencies and budgeted $914,000 with plans to conduct a process evaluation, sexual assault services accreditation standards monitoring project, statewide prevention education coordination and statewide social marketing prevention campaign in 2001 for the Georgia Violence Against Women Program.
