I am very familiar with coastal property issues, from investments and second homes to the special needs of relocation, and have a new home and construction background as well. This experience coupled with my love of design and architecture has led me to many interesting roles over the years,I began my Real Estate career right out of college where I processed mortgage loans, worked my way up through New Home Sales and became the Vice President of the Design Studio for a national homebuilder in Northern Virginia.I launched start-up operations of three new Design Studios for two national homebuilders directing sales, staffing,administration, and have a proven capacity to define goals, creatively solve problems and consistently achieve or exceed milestones. I moved to the coast of North Carolina in 2007, and added Property Management, Vacation Rentals, Managing Broker and Business Development experience to my resume. Now that I have relocated back to Virginia, I am thrilled to join the team at Apex in the Land Department to help in their mission to accelerate the shift to clean energy.
