Responsible for daily record keeping of chemicals, keeping track of employees working times for weekly payroll. Pick up and delivery of parts for machinery as needed. Provide a running log of employees jobs and hours worked for reference.

Responsible for the location of loads to be transported. Work out the logistics of pick up and delivery dates with Customer and/or transportation companies. Make sure driver has all paperwork necessary to procure the load. Send in required documentation for payment as well as keeping track of all payments. Making sure all Federal, State and local regulations and requirements are met. Also accompany owner/operator on pick-up and delivery and assist with loading, unloading and occasional driving of auto hauler
