Port Walcott, Western Australia

* Management of all Iron Ore vessels (Bulk & Ore carriers) regarding berthing, alongside operations, and departures from Port Walcott Terminal. This includes Cape Lambert A & Cape Lambert B wharf operations. (8 Berths - 4 Ship Loaders)* Coordination of key stakeholders: Shipping Agents, Tugs, Marine Pilots, Draft Surveyors, Helicopter availability, whilst working closley with Production and Dynamic Scheduling for best cargo practices / shiploading optimisation. * Management of vessel documentation including Draft Survey Certificates. * Monitoring loading of all vessels whilst alongside, with the use of DUKC aiding vessels to maximise cargo on neap tides. * Port Walcott tidal & current monitoring. As Port Walcott is an open water Port we are exposed to more of the elements including strong tidal effects & strong currents. During Spring Tides there can be over 5 metres of movement between Low & High Water. Coordinators must ensure Tugs are on standby during most exposed times to aid assistance to vessels as required. * Coordination of vessel incidents at Terminal including: Port Emergencies such as Main Engine Failures whilst on berthing or departure & or Parted mooring lines. * Port Walcott Anchorage management: Allocation and monitoring of vessels to Port Walcott anchorage and whilst vessel movements occur. * Marine Pilot boarding ground traffic management. Working closely with AIS to monitor vessel speeds ensuring vessels do not proceed past recommended zones. * Working closley with our Port Walcott Harbour Masters, weather partners, key stakeholders, and RTIO Management including Singapore operations for annual Tropical Cyclones which may affect Terminal. *Proficient use of QI (Rightship)

Dampier & Port Walcott - Western Australia

* Completion of accounts for Bulk Carriers departing from Port Walcott & Dampier terminals. This included Iron Ore, Dampier Salt, 3rd Party Towage and Fuel invoicing. * Confirmation of all vessel tonnages for Rio Tinto - Dampier & Port Walcott. * Assistance to Marine Coordinator (Dampier) as required: Holding Helicopter Search & Rescue, updating terminal schedule with new completion times, finialising vessel accounts with Draft Survey Certificate. * Completion of month end reporting, provided to Rio Tinto accounting. * Reporting of all appropriate vessel details, including shiploader stop and re commence times re: Tropical Cyclones or significant weather. * Quality control of Marine Coordinator documentation.

Dampier - Western Australia

* Highest level of administration support to Marine Manager including calendar and diary management. * Organisation of Business travel & requirements for Marine Manager & Superintendents. * Administration support to Marine Logistics Team. * Proficient use of SAP to complete purchase orders, and invoices to external vendors. * Monthly review & validation of Marine Department cost and commitments for the month & end of financial year. * Organisation of VIP site itineraries including accommodation, flights, car hire and Marine team gathering. * Training of new Rio Tinto staff to systems, policies and procedures.

Dampier

* High levels of administration support to Engineering Manager & Utilities A/ General Manager including extensive diary & calendar management. * Administration support to Utilities & Engineering Departments. * Coordination of all Business travel requirements for teams. * Completion of quarterly gas invoices for RTIO Pilbara Operations.

Dampier

* Administration support to Building Services Department working closely with Department Secretary. * Coordination of Business travel & catering for team. * Assistance with monthly RTIO & Contractor safety meetings. * Proficient use of SAP including Purchase Orders, and payment of monthly invoicing. * Completion of Department safety observations.
