As an attorney and advisor to employers for over 30 years, Kelly has recently transitioned from her full-time role in a management consulting firm to an advisory position where she also serves as a member of the Board of Director. In addition to her legal and consulting experience, Kelly has spent the past several years studying different facets of the sciences of the brain as it relates to consciousness, addiction, mental health, stress, work/life balance, and career satisfaction. She has worked with several mentors and masters in their fields of business, psychology, neuroscience, and spirituality. Kelly’s journey is still unfolding as she pursues her passion through helping people overcome stress, burnout, and other mental health and addiction issues with natural, holistic practices such as mindfulness and awareness. Kelly’s passion is to educate and transform individuals and organizations in high stress environments to elevate the life experiences through natural health and wellness options, including responsible cannabis use.Kelly currently lives near Columbus Ohio on her mini-farm where she is building a licensed indoor Hemp cultivation facility. Once built, her dream farm would produce natural, organic plants including therapeutic grade, premium, craft hemp flower (CBD, CBG, minor cannabinoids and terpenes).
