Co-founded non-profit organization, Colour Entertainment, a networking group designed for creative executives in TV, Film, Digital, as well as assistants. All designed to connect current and future industry executives with one another.

As the Head of Talent Development for HBO Kelly Edwards oversees all above and below the line program initiatives for series, films, Cinemax and miniseries. Edwards brought an innovative new approach to HBO when developing their writing and directing fellowships that has become an industry best practice. By marrying the two programs, material created by the writers is shot by the directors with a fully inclusive crew for air on the HBO digital platforms.

Oversaw diversity initiatives for all television and film divisons. Introduced top diverse writers, directors, and producers to NBCU executives and created programs to ensure ongoing pipeline into the company. Managed $1.3M corporate diversity community outreach budget. Created strong ties with Canadian talent and guilds to support cable series. Responsible for large scale initiatives that included annual diversity summits for both east and west coasts and NBCUniversal's 23 location worldwide Diversity and Inclusion Week.

Developed hour and half-hour projects under overall deal with Paramount Television. Executive Produced drama series SEX, LOVE, and SECRETS. Worked with established writers and discovered new voices to develop new concepts for network and cable.

Head of Comedy for United Paramount Network. Developed multi-camera, single camera, and animation series to create most successful night of television for network now known as the CW. Pursued top comedic talent, managed division budget, and oversaw production of 10-15 pilots per season. Girlfriends, The Parkers, Clueless, Home Movies, and Dilbert among series developed.
