Designing for Dynamics 365 Customer Voice, an application that empowers businesses to foster meaningful customer relationships by capturing and analyzing feedback with advanced branding, AI-analysis, and data integration.

Leading the end-to-end user-centered design process for SaaS, B2B, and B2C clients: eliciting business requirements, conducting usability testing, and iteratively designing wireframes, mockups, & prototypes. -Shipped MVP Products for startups and redesigned enterprise level applications, spanning multiple platforms (iOS, Android, desktop + mobile web). -Leveraging user research to inform feature priorities, user flows, information architecture, and product vision. -Collaborating with Product Managers, Researchers, Engineers, Stakeholders, and fellow Designers to solve complex design problems in an agile environment.
