About Kelly Elphick

Hello! I'm Kelly and thanks for reading more about me.... I'm a HR professional with a proven track record in Business Partnering, Change Programmes and improving Organisation Effectiveness. I've worked for a large financial services organisation (Aviva) for over 20 years. I'm also a qualified Coach and I love working with clients through my own company, The Liphe Group (pronounced 'life'). From the moment you meet me, my clients are welcomed into an exciting and supportive journey. I'm not an advisor - I'm a partner, cheerleader, and catalyst for change. I celebrate every milestone and support clients through every challenge, ensuring that their transformation is not just about reaching goals but about thriving in every aspect of life.I also think it's important to practice what you preach.
