Support Business Development and M&A transactions from sourcing to close, including modelling, valuations, diligence, and sign to close. Planned and executed on the asset reduction of GE Capital, including the creation of the financial model and supporting materials related to the go/ no-go decision. Executed divestitures of $40B of commercial lending & leasing assets through cross-functional management of diligence and sign-to-close activities.

Developed model to run predictive analytics forecasting, reserves and write-downs for the mortgage, personal loans, and auto portfolios, including leveraging SAS programming. Led local CCAR Stress Testing.
