Reported to CFO / VP of Finance based in Pennsylvania. • Partnered with the VP/General Manager to identify and resolve key business issues; established a strategic plan to successfully meet the business goals.• Developed and analyzed consolidated profit and loss statement, balance sheet, cash flow statement, gross profit report; monitored labor utilization, inventory turns, obsolete inventory, and warranty reserves.• Examined gross profit by product and job; evaluated actual results against BOM/budget. • Established standard labor and overhead rates, and raw material standard costs.• Guided estimate at completion (EAC) preparations/calculations to ensure revenue and COGS are properly recognized for long term programs and assessed potential performance issues.• Determined and implemented appropriate internal controls to safeguard company assets and provide integrity of financial results; assured multiple entities were Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX) compliant. • Advised the VP/GM on financial implications of operating decisions and identified cost control actions. • Lead the successful completion of annual $16M+ physical inventory; reviewed/approved cycle counts.• Worked directly with Sourcing Manager to evaluate raw material requirements and authorized the appropriate requisitions. • Reviewed capital expenditure requests and confirm appropriate approvals. • Integral leader of transitioning to Infor Visual ERP system; provide system training/ support; resolve issues; maximize system utilization.
